I have bought 3 of these mice as gifts. All of them have worked out of the box. Drivers install automatically in Windows XP and 7. The mouse construction feels very light and on the cheap side as far as materials go. I would not recommend this mouse for hard duty or gaming. A drop from the table to the floor might break it. I haven't figured out how to program the 5th button as the mouse came with no software. Also the Forward & Back buttons are reverse from other mice I have. The button on the side, towards the nose of the mouse is Back, & the button on the side towards the rear of the mouse is Forward.

Still I gave four stars because of features for the price. Even though the device may be cheaply constructed.

This mouse works great after 2 months of constant use. There are only a few gimmicks. First off, when the mouse arrived 2 months ago, it was slightly different than the mouse shown in the pictures. Second, after using it the first day something was rattling inside of it (I hadn't dropped it). A few days later I found out it was a loose screw that fell out (I don't know from where, and nothing seems loose in the build of the mouse; it still works fine). Finally, I found that the "Webpage Backward" and "Webpage Forward" buttons were reversed (I learned to deal with it, even though I know this will annoy some folks). Overall, it is still a great mouse for the price and very portable.

I was looking for an inexpensive wireless mouse and the Nano USB transmitter was important to me since it would be hooked up to a netbook. The Nano can be left in the USB slot with little fear of being broken in transit. I found it with the Daffodil WMS 325. This mouse was indeed inexpensive but the features all work to the manufactures specifications. The one drawback is other than not working on glass, it doesn't work to well on any smooth shiny surface such as formica. Other than that, I'm fairly pleased with this purchase and would recommend this item.

the size of the mouse is slightly smaller than a normal mouse, but not so tiny as to cramp your hands. In fact the instructions describe it as of normal size for a chinese person!? It works perfectly, and although light, it has withstood 3 months of travelling. The nano receiver is extremely small, which is a great benefit. Nevertheless even nano receivers still protrude, so its unwise to pack a laptop with them still in the scoket.
I hardly use the dpi switch, & i cant really tell the difference. the battery on off conserves battery wonderfully. I have now used it for well over a month without change.

This mouse has performed very well for the two weeks that I've had it. It's only failure to properly track has been when I put it on a printed, somewhat glossy piece of paper. It's possible that other mice might have handled the surface better, but I didn't test any. Other than that one instance, the mouse has performed perfectly.

It installs automatically, stores the "nano" USB transmitter inside itself, and feels good in the hand. The forward back buttons are nice as well. One huge advantage that I find with this mouse over other travel mice that I've owned is the auto-off feature. The mouse turns off after a while and all you have to do to wake it up is click. I've run down the batteries in other travel mice well ahead of the predicted battery life (weeks or days rather than months) because I forget to turn the mouse off. This was a must have feature for me and I love it.

A note on the size. The "nano" in it's description is referring to the size of the USB transmitter, not the mouse itself. The transmitter is really nice and small. The mouse is probably halfway between a typical travel mouse and a typical standard desktop mouse in terms of footprint. I'd recommend marking the dimensions on a piece of paper and sketching out a proxy of the mouse to make sure you like the size. It's bigger than the Microsoft and Logitech travel mice that I've owned, but I actually prefer this size. It's more comfortable in the hand and has a lower profile in terms of height which makes it easier to slip into pockets of backpacks and laptop cases. So even though it's footprint may be larger, I feel like it's just as portable.

In the interest of full disclosure, I recommended this mouse to someone who ordered it and found it to be dead on arrival. She's going to exchange and hopefully the new one will work. Not sure if this is indicative of quality control issues or just a fluke. Mine has functioned perfectly for the short time I've had it.

I bought two of these despite the bad reviews and I originally gave it a good review. Now after having them for 3 months, I regret buying them. The only problem I have now is both mice randomly double click on single clicks. This is really not good especially when shopping and using financial websites. I used 1 at home and 1 at work. I had to stop using the one at work.

The random double clicking was the only problem I had. What are the odds of it happening on both mice? I cannot recommend this product.

Mouse was very nice and the dpi changer worked very well. The batteries lasted for about 5 months before it needed changing and I couldn't be happier with it.

I have had many mice in my time, and the latest once that i use are the logitech g5 (wired) as a gamer and i have one for work. I have since opted for a cordless mouse and i am used to the true tracking and precision of the g5 along with the weight and comfort for full days use. That being said this mouse is amazing for someone who is on the computer for a full day. In addition the auto shutoff is great in the sense that it saves battery. People complain that it is a pain but seriously how much effort does it take to click a button on the mouse to wake it up? I would take that over the battery dying when i need it the most. Also the back forward buttons work perfectly... for 8 bucks i am EXTREMELY impressed with this mouse and may purchase more for my family members who have laptops!!! I have had a computer for the last 23 years of my life and can say this mouse works great.
