Upon inspection of the package of this product, these are definitely not hairball remedy treats. My 13 year old short-hair calico cat didn't get any health related benefit from these at all. She loved them though. It seems reviewers have used "hairball relief" as a search tag term, which is the only reason Amazon directed me to this product when I was searching for hairball remedies.

These hairball treats do the trick for my cat who is a nervous groomer. They cut down the hairball occurrences drastically; saving me cleanup work, and her the stress of upchucking that nasty hair. This is a hairball remedy that really works - at least for my cat & I would highly recommend it to other cat owners.
