5.0 out of 5 stars Traveling Companions, August 27, 2008
This review is from: Daily Devotions for Writers (Paperback)
In these daily readings, I find other writers who have stared at blank pages, wrestled demons of self doubt, dealt with rejection and disappointment. No preaching or pious platitudes here. Just honesty, good humor, and stories shared.

Suddenly I am not alone. I am surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, co-laborers in the craft of writing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must have for all writers, August 18, 2008

This review is from: Daily Devotions for Writers (Paperback)
This book speaks to all writers. Whether you are just beginning to write, hoping to write, thinking you should write or continuing to write, this Daily guide will give you a boost.

Although the writers wrote from a Christian perspective, any writer could be encouraged by the stories in this book. All of the stories are true. They are not "preachy" and have great thoughts and take-a-ways.
