Doubts, fears, frustration and low energy are things that take you off course. Melanie Bonita's book "A Daily Dose of Determination" is an excellent resource to help you stay on course. This book entered my life at the right time, it delivers a HUGE steady stream of positive energy that will keep me or anyone "on course" in order to reach a desired outcome.

I got the Kindle edition of this book which is great because I can read the message for each day right on my phone! (not to mention at $3.00, this book is a steal) The author's daily messages are motivational and give that little push you need to get started towards accomplishing your goal, such as the message for Day 4: Eliminate Excuses.
