A wonderful workout for beginners,

I just completed the full Daily Dose of Dharma video. I REALLY love it.
This morning I woke up feeling lethargic and with a horrible headache (I think caused by allergies). I exercise on a daily basis, but could not bring myself to do anything today. I decided to pull out this video. I was easily able to complete all 3 segments. It was the PERFECT choice for today. The voice over is soothing and the scenery beautiful. I like that Danica, being so advanced, made a video that anyone that loves yoga can do. This is an overall 5 star video.

The short workouts on this DVD are a great introduction to Yoga and Meditation as well as good routine workouts for those with previous or more Yoga experience.
The workouts are short enough that anyone can find time to fit one or two in each day if they like. The poses are classic Yoga poses and can be tailored to personal flexibility and stamina. The instructions are very clear and the settings are beautiful and calming in themselves.

I think this DVD is wonderful. Every morning I get up and I put this dvd in. I love doing the workouts on it. You can pick what kind of yoga you want to do. I feel good after I am done. I like doing the meditation disc at night. I have noticed that when I do that one I sleep alot better. My daughter love doing the workouts too.
