This really helps me.

Before, I would wake up and worry and fret about my day, and about myself, and not want to get out of bed, and cringe and think of how meaningless life seems.

But, this meditation has helped me be more positive for sure. It is a way of lifting my mind up to higher elevations of positive attitudes, and the voice of the narrator and the nice music help. The words are also very helpful and are arranged nicely into a logical progression. The words are believable and make sense, and reveal a positive side of life that I forgot about.

It is a definite improvement over my old way of starting my day. And I will definitely keep using it each morning. And will possibly download more of the secret meditations and use them too.
