This is an excellent book. I would suggest any material from John MacArthur. He is an excellent Bible teacher who doesn't shy away from the truth no matter how offensive it may be. I am totally satisfied with my purchase from Amazon.com. The product arrived in excellent shape and on time.

When I say this is a "reflective devotional", I mean you read the piece that has been written and then you get to the bottom of the page where you may be asked some questions that could have you skirming (just a little bit). It is an excellent resource for following the life of Christ.

This is an excellent daily devotional reading from John MacArthur. This is volume 1 of 3. This volume focuses on the life of Christ mainly from the Gospel of Matthew.
MacArthur may spend several days on a particular passage of scripture. Each devotion ends with some thought provoking questions. I highly recommend this series of daily devotionals to anyone looking to get a deeper look at the life of Christ. |
