Out of all of the Daily Workout programs, this is the one I've been using the most. Just a nice way to set up a workout routine when I'm at the gym or at home. The only thing I wish is that it had a rewind or restart button and maybe a way to set the actual start delay. By the time you start the workout, it may already be in the actual routine before you can pick up the weights and be ready. Also between exercises, it may take longer to change to a different set of weights (these are the only reasons not giving it 5 stars). Other than that, it's been great to get me back onto an exercise routine.

This provides a good workout and I like that there are options for time (5/7.5/10 minutes) and two different workouts. You can make variations by the size of your weights and a choice to start the workout with any of the ten exercises in the routine. Definately worth the cost.
