Disappointing,

I was really looking forward to this item, it shipped quickly, but when I unwrapped it, I found that first, the crystals were not packaged very well so many of them had chipped edges - I called the company and they did send out new strands for the worst damage (even though they made me sift through the garbage to find the broken pieces and send photos). Worse yet, the "crystals" are really only cut glass. When I see the word "crystal" in the description, I expect leaded crystal - this stuff is just glass and therefore does not sparkle like crystal or refract light like real crystal does. For the price, I was very disappointed.
