5.0 out of 5 stars Another Masterpiece!, March 7, 2001
This review is from: Daiquiri Factory Cocaine Raps, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
If you are a true fan then this is a album for you. There are some strange beats, but they are all sic and original. Bakin Soda in Minnesota is a masterpiece. Nicky is showing a new style and I love it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not great, September 6, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Daiquiri Factory Cocaine Raps, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
Andre changes his style from the previous albums. His beats are more high strung instead of the deep bass you here in his other albums. If you want to hear the best of Andre, check him out when he was Dre Dog, when he came out with I Hate You With A Passion. You can listen to the whole album through and most of his hits are on it. The Daiquiri Factory is still good cause it is still Andre, but his beats and lyrics are very different from the other albums.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another tremendous album by this unique artist, June 15, 2005
This review is from: Daiquiri Factory Cocaine Raps, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
Andre Nickatina (a.k.a. Dre Dog a.k.a King Nicky) is trully one of the most original, unique and talented rappers ever. For over the decade now, he's been doing his own thing, creating music so much different (and usually better) than most rappers. In the last few years, it seems like almost everyone is afraid to stand out and be original and try new things. Well, Andre Nickatina is an expection: his style is like nothing you've ever ever heard. Musically - his beats are trully something else, they can't even be described. Nicky is not afraid to try new beats and be totally innovative. But don't worry - this doesn't make the music sound weird, but the opposite - his music is some of the best you'll get to hear, so new, so fresh. As far as his rapping is concirned, Dre is untouchable: His voice is so raw: he can be laid back or he can get hard as hell. Lyrically, Nicky is on another level, so unique and cerative, they're like nothing else you'll get to hear. Andre Nickatina's got it all and he keeps doing his own thing, releasing an album every year. Andre Nickatina is quite big in Frisco and the whole Bay Area, but he should be much bigger. It's just that he's too special and unique for most people. If you want to hear something different, and much better than most albums released these days, get this album, you'll be surprised!

The Daquiri factory is a definite rap classic. The Frisco rapper Dre Dog has came out with his best music yet. You have got to hear song number 12. Dre Dog talks about the downs of the drug game talking about his friends dying and fears of having a family because of a coke lord killing his family. get this c.d. an get addicted to Nikatina like a Camel. Buy this and enjoy tha phatest music u have ever heard. I'm out peace.

5.0 out of 5 stars A king Nicky masterpiece, March 7, 2004
This review is from: Daiquiri Factory Cocaine Raps, Vol. 2 (Audio CD)
Andre Nickatina has a signature style that is different from any rapper out there. This album is one of the best not just from Nickatina but any rapper for that matter. You can't go wrong with this album. The beats are un heard of, and the rhymes are RAW. Nickatina is the coolest, and I hope he never stops rapping.

Cocaine Raps Vol. 2 Is Another Good Album. Andre Nickatina Is A Unique Rapper. He Ain't No 50 Cent, Any Of The "Young" Whatever They Call Themselves These Days, Or Mainstream Rappers. Those Only Rap About Cars, Clubs, And Hos. With Nicky You Get Another View Of Rap...Nickatina Was Also Voted As The Best Underground Rapper Of The Year In 2005. (Though He Will Be Played All Over The Place After His Death, Just As They Did For Mac Dre...) A Few Of My Fav. Songs On Cocaine Raps 2 Is King Nicky's Crown, Baking Soda In Minnesota, And Bobby Shaw Is My Tiga.
