The Dairy Book of Home Cookery cook book is an essential for everyone from those who cannot boil water to the best of cooks. It is simple to understand, precise,and has everything a beginning cook needs to know, and some things even the best of culinary experts could learn.
I keep this this little yellow gem on my kitchen shelf in pride of place and have gifted it to quite a few people I know. It has always been appreciated. I would recommend it for anyone who cooks, but especially for those who do not know how to cook. Toni Kitchen |
