I was looking for a cookbook with a collection of dairy recipes to use up extra milk and other dairy products that we have extra of. I was very dissappointed. The pictures are very "artsy" and the recipes are not your practical daily recipes. Only get this book if you would like a "European-style" coffe table cookbook.
