5.0 out of 5 stars Flawless, January 30, 2007

(REAL NAME)
This gun is reliable, feels rather heavy almost like a real firearm (I own several, so I can accurately make that statement). This is great for training about handguns and gun safety. There are no magazines to break, which makes this gun that much more durable. The magazine release button serves instead as the safety on this weapon, which is virtually inpossible to break. This gun so so sturdy, I bet you could run over it with a truck and it would keep working fine. Note: I do not recommend runing over anything with any automobile, as tires popping are not a fair tradeoff in order to be confident of your gun's durability haha. Anyway, the seal where the co2 meets the gun is tight as can be. I had a co2 canister in mine for two weeks and it didn't lose any air. I finished off the co2 tank later on (i had only fired 5 or so shots when i put it in) and it worked for just as many rounds as a fresh one. I have had this gun for ages, and I can say that I have never had any problems with it whatsoever. I highly recommend buying this gun. It is ready to rock right out of the box, and does not require any lubrication of any kind, also I'm sure if you really wanted to then it could be done, though it is excellent by itself.

A Kid's Review
I got my first BB gun on my 13th birthday. It was a Daisy 840c Grizzly Camo .177 Pellet Rifle that also fired BB's as a repeater.(For $[...] at Wall-Mart instead of the $[...] here). For those of you who don't know a repeater is a gun that you dont have to physicaly place the BB or pellet in between shots. All you have to do is cock and pump. As opposed to semi-auto which means that for each trigger pull you get one shot with no reloading. The rifle was very fun for awhile but I decided that I wanted to try a different type of shooting so I got a Marksman 2000 Deluxe Repeater .177 Air Pistol for 20 dollars. That gun was incredible underpowered and could barely make it to the target that I had set up on the other side of my back yard. (25 feet). The bolt was cheaply made and eventualy broke. I decided that the only way that I could get a decent BB pistol was to buy a CO2 powered one. I looked through all the choises and decided on this one. The whole gun is non glossy black with a removable grip cover to insert the CO2 tank. The built-in magazine is annoying. You have to put the BB's somewhere steady while you load them because loading takes both hands. One hand holds back the spring and the other one loads them INDAVIDUALY. When I observed the action of the gun it was interesting. When you pull the trigger the internal barrel slides foreward so that the BB falls into it, and then snapps shut right before the CO2 is released. If you pull the trigger most of the way and then point the barrel down then the BB falls out the front. But the action is still fast enough that you would'nt notice this if you pull the trigger at a normal speed. The sight is a little annoying because it is not very precice. Even though the gun can eisily make it across a football feild, or two, or three, you would still have almost no chance of hitting the target. There are two mounts. One on the top and one on the bottom. It is possible but impracticle to put a scope on this pistol. I once took the scope from my rifle and put it on. the main problem is theat you can never hold a pistol as steady as you can hold a rifle. Putting a laser pointer on this gun works very well since the gun pretty much shoots exactly straight. The ideal would be to have a scope mounted on the top and a laser pointer on the bottom. Even though overall the gun is quite small the handle is very thick and can be comfortable for any size hand. The trigger has a very tricky pull. when I first pulled it I didn't pull it far enough. To be able to pull the trigger swiftly you need to use the very tip of your finger. The magazine has a very nice 15 shot capacity unlike the standard 8 rounds for most CO2 BB guns. One problem that was mentioned by another person is that the CO2 leaks. The solution to this is not to screw it EXACTLY as far as you can. if you screw it in too far it will ever so slightly slip back and release all of your expensice CO2. WARNING if this gun is shot at close rage to bare skin it WILL break the skin. Not to be shot at deer. While not imeaditly killing the deer it will stay in it's skin and likely die from tetnas or an infection slowly, and painfully. IF shot in the head this gun will kill any small rodents if that's what you're after. Overall 4 out of 5. Great gun.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent for the price!, November 5, 2006
I'm not into bb's for the reason that it's not good for indoor range. But I've heard and read good things about this bb pistol so I bought one (and bb trap to go with it.) For the price, you can't beat the power, quality (though it's mostly plastic,)appearance and feel of this gun. Also it's light weight and not too bad in accuracy. Has top rail for red dot/ laser.

It's so good that Crosman came out with the c-11 (comparable.) It has not misfire on me yet after about 500 shots.
