Daisy Jane by America is a soft rock hit from the mid 1970's. Gerry Beckley wrote and sings lead on the song. It was released in 1975 and moved up the charts in the US. It peaked at number 20 the Billboard singles chart, number 27 on the Cashbox singles chart, 23 on the Record World chart, number 9 on the Radio & Records singles chart, and number 4 on the Adult Contemporary chart. The song was produced by legendary Beatles producer Sir George Martin.
