Late winter 2006 I heard Bob Edwards interviewing Patty Larkin re: her La Guitara project. One of Patty's goals is to get more little girls playing guitar. I heard that and immediately thought of my cousin's 9 yo daughter Meganne. I sent Meganne the La Guitara CD & asked her if she'd like to learn to make that kind of music. Meganne is now the proud owner of a powder pink Pixie acoustic. The reduced girth of the neck is perfect for a girl's hand. Daisy Rock offers the Pixie alone or as part of a starter pack; I chose the latter option. My whole family is quite pleased with Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
