It's a great choice for young girls who are just learning how to play, the heart-shaped Debutante Heartbreaker Short Scale electric guitar is designed for girls ages 6 to 12. It has a 22-1/2-inch scale with inlay dots and 22 frets, which is sized right for youngsters just learning to rock. All Debutante guitars feature a thin, slim neck design, and are constructed from lightweight materials. The slim neck profile makes for easier playing for players with smaller hands, and the lighter weight means it won't overpower those with a small build. Another great feature is the contour in the body design, which is extremely comfy and lies perfectly across your body. It's made of select wood with a bolt-on maple neck, and it also features a maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, chrome tuner and simple 1-knob control. It comes with a stylish, padded gig bag/backpack.

The Debutante Heartbreaker's heart-shaped body is made of select wood with a bolt-on maple neck. A 22-1/2" short scale neck has a rosewood fingerboard and 22 medium frets. I love my little guitar. I bought the Black Heartbreaker and it's just a cute instrument with a good sound. Great for a beginner and at a fair price.
