Amazing music blended with His Holiness, January 14, 2010

I want to recommend this soundtrack album to anyone interested in the diverse music of India & Tibet, as well as "World" music. The music is amazing, and wonderfully blended to make a musical journey through the CD. All of the musicians included on this album are fabulous!!!!
The music aside, the way in which elements from the documentary film are blended make this a memorable listening experience, especially for those who are interested in the teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. You get snippets, or soundbites, from the lessons that HH the Dalai Lama has given over the course of the film. These are not too much, as they are easily spread out through various tracks.
Overall, I have greatly enjoyed this CD in my car, at home, doing yoga, meditations, etc... Very groovy!
