Their debut album,its a crossover of HC and quasi-funk,incredibly intense bass and drums.Vocals are frighteningly shouted at the top of the singer's voice.Their live album A MORIR,is also highly recommendable,but they changed thier style a lot after that,going the other way,electronic melodical music.

Esto es exactamente lo que necesitaba el rock argentino: una banda que retomara las raíces del género, pero reinventándolas y saliendo del archimanoseado "rock chabón". Temas como "Todo pasa, todo queda", "Calavera deforme" o "Dale" tienen la fuerza imparable del rock, mientras que "Le di sol" o "El sueño" son cumbres de poesía. Hasta ahora, y desde hace décadas, era impensable encontrar estas dos cosas en un solo disco de rock argentino.
"Dale" es una placa indispensable. Todos los amantes del rock argentino le debemos mucho a Catupecu. |
