5.0 out of 5 stars Very Thorough Preseason Review August 23, 2012
Verified Purchase
This is a very thorough and comprehensive analysis of the 2012 Dallas Cowboys Football Team, Coaches and Ownership. I particularly like that, in addition to a review of last season and discussion of the draft and free agency and the Cowboy's current personnel, they did a complete review of this season's opponents, some interesting articles including a commentary on the 90's Cowboys Teams, Jason Garrett's coaching philosophy and other topics of interest. I am an avid reader of Blogging the Boys and it is true that some of the material in this ebook can be found in their current and past blog posts, but to have all of this in one handy resource with a lot of additional information in a convenient format makes this a great resource for any Cowboys Fan. At $.99 it's a real value.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not much new here. August 23, 2012

Some interesting stuff here but if you're a frequent reader of the Blogging The Boys site you won't find much new. Basically a repackaging of what you've already read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best $0.99 I've ever spent. September 26, 2012

I downloaded the kindle app JUST for this piece of electronic literature and the amount of information and breadth of detail is simply overwhelming. If you're more than just a casual Cowboys fan and wouldn't mind learning more about the team than you might want to know this preview's just for you. I've definitely spent 99 cents on stupider stuff than this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific Read! September 21, 2012

This Cowboys season preview guide was really a great read. The authors obviously know a ton about the Boys, and the articles are well-written and full of great information. I thought the opponent previews gave me a lot better insight into who Dallas will be playing this year (and were hilarious to boot) and things like the Salary Cap article gave a really cool breakdown of Dallas' salary situation for the next few seasons. The position previews provided really strong breakdowns without sounding like pure "homers" wrote them, and the article on Romo might have been the best thing I've ever seen written about him. I loved it, and any Cowboys fan should pick it up!
