Santa brought this game for my son. I wasn't too sure about getting it for him since there weren't any reviews out on it. My son is 5.5 yrs old and pretty good at video games, he often beats me at the various sports games and I'm no slouch. 102 Dalmations is challenging enough that he hasn't made it through the game too quickly, but it has enough tips and hints through out the game to keep the game moving and make the game enjoyable for younger kids. It's an adventure type game, along the lines of Sonic Adventure (a big fave around here). The graphics are nice, the characters cute. My son is pretty picky about video games and this one has kept him busy during winter vacation. Teen friends thought it was a cool game too and I like it's mini golf game. Enjoyable even if you haven't seen the movie yet.

Nice game, but fairly easy to beat,

My 6 and 8 year old daughters liked this game. Unfortunately, they also beat the entire main game in about 10-15 hours of playing time. Graphics are good and play level is good for younger kids. They enjoy the mini-games as well.Probably a good buy if your kids are into Disney.

I first played a rental copy of this game that I had rented from the local library. After two to four weeks of playing, it became permenantly loaded on our computer so we no longer needed the disk- but when it was accidentally erased and I found to my horror the disk was no longer available for rental at the library, I simply had to get a copy of my own! Now I play on it loads and are working towards completing it fully. Here's a quick summary:
You are playing as a brother and sister puppy duo, Oddball and Domino, and you can switch between them as you play. The two are adventureous and a little mischievious, so it's no wonder they start looking for buried treasure when they ought to have been staying and watching TV- but c'mon, that's soooo boring. It's not long before Oddball makes a discovery! She's disappointed to find it's only one of Cruella's toys. No-one buys them. I mean, who would want to play with one of Cruella's "ugly hunks of junk" anyway? That's just what Cruella is angry about herself! Her toys were a collosal flop and she thinks this is because all the children are spending money on their pampered pets rather than on her toys! She calls up her scientist, Professor Farsboom, who reprograms the toys and turns shelves of harmless junk into a pet-nabbing army! Meanwhile, Oddball and Domino come back inside to find to their horror that they are the only puppies left- all the others have vanished! Their parents tell them to stay at their house and look after the humans while they gos earch for the puppies. They have barely left the room when oOddball jumps up. "Do you wanna stay here and be good, or do you wanna go help rescue the puppies?" she asks. "My thoughts exactly, sis!" says Domino."Let's go!" This is a fantastic game and I would recommend it to anyone aged about 9 or up.
