I purchased the Dalmation Webkinz for my eight year old grandson who is an avid collector. He finds all Webkinz great fun and the more difficult a particular item is to find, the more he appreciates it.
The educational value of 4 is my rating. It teaches about money, purchasing,the needs and desires of life as well as social interaction. I give it a 4, not a 5 because every Webkinz has the same profile.

My 7 year old daughter wakes up everyday to log onto her webkinz account! She loves this stuffed animal and she loves that she can get online and feed it, give it presents.....etc. I think this webkinz was well worth the money....pretty cheap on here compared to stores!

Webkinz have a great website, the stuffed animals are a bit annoying and never get played with. My only complaint is that when the kids register a pet themselves they often forget pertinent information to log back in to that pet and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to obtain that information again. I think a copy should be sent to the parents e-mail addresss for safe keeping of their pets records! Thanks Proud Mom of tWINS!

Although this is not my favorite, I still love the velvet fur and the softness. Ivory (dog's name) is very fun and really cute. I would definitly recommend the plush to anyone.

While it may be a bit unorthodox, we gave this to our puppy shiba inu. He absolutely adores it! I realize that the target audience may not be dogs, but I think it's nice to know that this toy is tough enough to stand up to months of puppy abuse, so you don't have to worry about a dog's safety with this around.

I'm so happy with this toy.My 2 years old son got his first puppy from his godmother.We needed one more because its his favorite toy and he's going everywhere with it. He can't sleep without his puppy. I was so happy to be able to order another little friend for my son.We rotate them.Its safe to have 2 love toys.

My grandaughter loves this !! I could not find one in local stores,so she was so excited.She is an A+ Student loves to read. These toys also helps them to read, as they go online to play there is so many things for them to read as they play and interact with others.

Very nice Webkinz plush pet. I own approximately 35 Webkinz, about a 50/50 mix of Webkinz & Lil'kinz. This Webkinz is supposed to be full sized but it really doesn't seem like they should've classified it that way, it is not very big, especially when placed next to other dog Webkinz. The other thing I noticed is that this Webkinz seems to be manufactured differently than the others, it has very little attention to detail...I have come across this same issue with a few others in my collection and I'm not certain why the attention to detail would vary so much between animals...I just assume that it was probably designed by someone different. One detail I do love on this little guy is his nose...it is a fake leather material and really stands out...IT'S CUTE! The "fur" is very soft and cuddly. The virtual version of the Dalmation is really nice and the detail doesn't seem to be lacking in the online world with this one, as it does with some others that I have purchased...although, just as in real life, this particular Webkinz is quite small online (similar to a Lil'Kinz) but that is actually something I consider to be a plus because he is just too cute of a little puppy walking around in Webkinz World. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase because I was specifically looking for the Dalmation. My recommendation would be: If this is your 1st Webkinz I would suggest going with one that has a higher quality plush animal included (unless you're in love with the Dalmation :) If you are a collector just looking to add another to your collection then this one is nice, exactly how it is pictured.

Webkinz always a big hit, especially a dalmatian dog. Can't go wrong for a gift for a 6 yr old.
