If anyone wants to read an exceptional good book, I recommend Damsels in Distress. This book was interesting from the beginning to the end. I received my book in the mail on Tuesday, March 18th and read it on Wednesday, March 19th. This book is awesome, great and definitely a page turner. If you don't read it; you will be missing out on something good. I give it 5 stars. As a side note; all of Nikita Nichols books that I have read are a great read. Get them if you haven't read them. Keep up the good work Nikita. I can't wait for "Lady Arkyah Reigns."

I fell in love with this author and her character Amaryllis. So I had to pick up this book. The book kept my attention and it lost my attention almost at the same time. The story lines were too long and some times redundant. I love all the characters. The only thing I was not extremely happy with was the ending. It was a cliff hanger with no evidence of closure. I'm not fond of an ending hanging, especially with a good book, with no glimpse of a sequel.

My favorite author, but not my favorite book of hers. This is a good book, just not my favorite. It's about three friends who each have their own personal issues. They argue, break up, but in the end always show up for each other. It shows how easily people will condemn you for your sins but never think anything about the sin that they are committing.

This book is a disappointment after reading all the books of the Woman's worth series. The story line is weak and predictable

The storyline was ok. This was a quick read, and I liked the message of the story. However, I felt that the book was predictable. I don't want to go into details because I do not want to give away any spoilers. I have been a fan of this author since I read Amaryllis, which was my favorite book. There were some grammatical errors in this book as well. Also, some scenes were described in too much detail, which I felt was not necessary. I believe the author should have added a twist in the story. I still recommend this book because the story has a great message about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I will continue to support this author, and I look forward to reading her next book Lady Arykah Reigns.

I absolutely loved this book from the beginning to the end. 3 friends embark on life issues; dealing with domestic violence, being barren, and being the mistress. I loved the book because the characters are dealing with real life issues. Ginger and her abusive boyfriend were my favorite characters. There were times when I was reading their story and would have to put the book down and walk away, had my blood boiling, it was heartbreaking. I liked that the book didn't contain any profanity, that was a huge plus. this book is a really good read. just goes to show you that you can have a good book without all the sex, gun violence, and profanity.

Okay so I stopped reading for fun at after High School. Last year I picked it back up as a hobby which means that I wasn't as good as I used to be. I was rusty. BUT I got this book and 5 days later I was done and mad at myself! Why you may ask?? Because I finished too fast lol! I now have nothing to read until I order the rest of her books. This one book blessed me and allowed me to not only enjoy the reading, but it made me look at myself from each characters view point. If you want some good, clean, urban, christian drama you'll absolutely LOVE reading this one! Auntie, stupendous job!!!!!! 150 stars!!!

I have read everyone of Nikita's books and this one is right up there with the rest...GREAT! I started reading "Damsels in Distress" on Saturday it was almost impossible for me to put it down. I wanted to know what was going to happen next. The book was filled with so much action and suspense; I was visualizing what was going on as if I were watching a movie. I hope Nikita comes up with a sequel to Damsels. If she does will be in line to purchase it. I am so looking forward Lady Elect - 2 and None but the Righteous rewrite. Have a great vacation Nikita, you deserve it.
