This video help me to be successful in my first year on being varsity. They made me captain of my high school wrstling team as a sophmore! So if anyone should know that it would help it would be me. Dan Gable details every move slowly for the slower people, such as my self. They show a variety of moves that most high schools wouldn't know about.
