Dan Gable has spent a life time perfecting every aspect of wrestling. This video is 30 minute of high powered wrestling information. These moves will blend with any style wrestling to make any wrestler or coach better.

Very good and motivating review of the essential drills in standing position leading to the ground. Pummelling, ties, finishes, defensive and offensive movements (among others) are presented in sequences and may help the confirmed wrestler as well as the less experienced.
