A striking blend of patterns and pictures, this Expedition comforter ensemble from Dan River draws on the mystique and rich colors of an African safari. The set includes a bedskirt, a comforter, and a pair of shams, all with the same elaborately blended palette of rust, olive, black, and tan. Blocks of batik-like geometric patterns form the base of the design and pictures of simply but charmingly drawn elephants, zebras, and giraffes add animation. For low-key styling options, the comforter reverses to a simple textural pattern of black and tan diamonds. A corded edge adds a nice finishing touch to the comforter and matching shams. Printed on slub canvas, the set has a long-lasting construction and handsome finish.
