Definitively one of the most beautiful books about dream home plans, measuring from 2723 to 8088 square feet, 101 designs, of which 57 are featured with lots of real full color photos of actual homes already built, unlike the majority of other books in which they only present about 5 to 10 real homes.

Add the beauty of architectural art, and for the price you have a bargain.

Absolutley wonderful book of home plans. Numerous interior designs that are outstanding. If you call Dan Sater Luxury Home Plan Office they are the most gracious to work with.

I bought this book for ideas on a home design. The key here is the book is about "view oriented homes" and therefore the designs will reflect having more windows, balconies in the rear of the home. You can actually view a lot of these homes on Dan Sater's web site, but the book is still useful, since it gives more information vs the web site.

Sater is a good designer but as some other reviewers mentioned, he really has a focus on the Florida type homes and their climate. One thing I was disappointed about was so few homes over 7,000 sf, and most being 1 story or a small second story. The best thing is you can actually buy the plans for about 10K and have very detailed drawings down to the smallest items, which can be very appealing for someone who does not want to spend a ton of money on a architect. The trouble is photographs only go so far describing a home, and to spend 2M on a build would probably require touring a home to see more details. This is the issue I have buying plans off the shelf, since you really are stuck without a full tour of an actual build.

This is the ultimate luxury home collection! It has over a hundred of beautiful floor plans, many with gorgeous full-color photos. I really enjoyed this book!

This is a beautiful book. I love looking at floor plans so I was happy to see that every home has floor plans to view and all featured homes have beautiful photos of the finished home. Everything is in color. Wasn't expecting the book to be as heavy and thick as it is. That was a nice surprise. The pages are thick and sturdy.

*This book features Mediterranean, Florida style homes. Don't buy if you're looking for a different style home.

I bought this book for ideas on Luxury Homes in general. I have lived all over the US, as well as parts of Europe. This book will please you if you want to build a home in South Florida . . . that looks like the other homes in South Florida. Otherwise, like me, you will be dissappointed. In other words, Dan Sater lacks variety in his style.

Its really sad, because even within the borders of FL, there are a great many other styles to represent. Again, if you want to keep up with the Joneses in Boca, this is your book.

Even though the houses in this book are well outside my price range, it is fun to look at them.

HE IS ONE OF THE BEST DESIGNERS I HAVE EVER SEEN!
