The dishwasher arrived via UPS as scheduled. However, after opening the box, it was quickly determined that the unit had been dropped from a rather high distance. The front bottom portion was jammed into the door, making it impossible to open more than 4 or 5 inches.
To Amazon's credit, it took just a few minutes to report the problem and request a refund. UPS was notified and they returned the next day to pick it up at no cost to me.
