This video is one of the few exercise videos that I have ever enjoyed using. The routines are not terribly hard, but effective. The filming isn't always perfect - sometimes, the camera focuses on the dancers faces instead of their feet, which can be a little frustrating when first using this video. The real key is that the music is FUN. I hated disco when it first came out, but it is great for moderate aerobic exercise.
