The HORRIBLE problems that plague this series...,

Sure it promises you exclusive mixes and unreleased mixes on the front of the CD case, which, for a serious dance music collector, is a strong draw...but by jamming 15 tracks onto one disc, what you get is not even 5 minutes worth of most of these mixes! And worse, there's no break in vocals between segues-for example, Kelis says "I could teach you but I have to charge" and Britney IMMEDIATELY continues, "baby can't you see, I'm calling"....this is throughout the entire disc!!! Why not remove some of the commercially available songs and give us longer cuts of the unreleased stuff with a little instrumental overlapping in between instead of vocal overlaps??? Real bummer. Here's the track time so you can see for yourself:

If you like KTU in NYC, then this is for you.
If you want the extended club mixes-then go buy them. How do you expect them to put a bunch of 9-12 minute club mixes on a cd? You'd have 5 songs!?! |
