this cd makes you wanna dance.if you're into the early 90's dance scene, you'll love this cd. you should get it.my best songs are "this is how you do it", "set u free",another night is my favorite by "the real mccoy". it's a lot of good songs on there.

Just look at the songlisting on here! There's no way that any dance lover could ever decide to pass this disc up!

Every song rocks the house to it's foundations! Some sound very dated but still very fun to dance to!

I tried listening to the radio or other cd's while jogging on the treadmill. They couldn't get me pumped up to last very long running. My wife had this dance mix vol 4 and it made the jogging easy. The disc became scratched. So I just had to order one to replace it. TO me, it makes a difference if I do a full workout or quit early.
