This mat only lasted one month. We already owned a mat that came with the DDR game and that one is still going. This mat went through the same abuse as our original but as of now doesn't work anymore :O(

I was searching for a second pad for playing in pairs with StepMania.
This one is better than the one I get from my game store.
I use a converter (The recommended one from StepMania site) from Play Asia to play on my Mac and on a PC:

Now I'm having real fun.
This product is just for start.
Kids really enjoy it.
You should be careful not to use shoes but has great materials for the price.
This is very similar to the pad I bought from a game store but has better quality in the pins (connector). The one I had has poor quality in the connector so I thought It was broken; what it really needed was to move a little the connector and it works. But this one has no connector problems. I recommended this one.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of this DDR dance mat. This is the second one we have purchased, because our kids wanted to be able to dance simultaneously and compete against each other. The mat was received quickly and in perfect condition, ready to plug in and use. Highly recommend.

We needed more mats. These are Ok. We have used them a alot. Not meant to be long term use.

the pad works great. sometimes it moves because i play on carpet but if you use it on tile it would probably stay better. also sometimes the inside padding does move but not always and not where its a big problem. this was very cheap and definitely worth it.

This mat looks like the real Konami mat, until you get it. It's a complete rip off and will do nothing but slide across the floor while you play.

I bought this for my daughter who was pleasantly surprised when she opened this on Christmas Day. The dance mats are larger than the basic ones and of much better quality.

DDR is an awesome game. If you can pick out the beat in a tune and have a little bit of body-eye coordination, this game is for you. The pads very in quality. This pad is more likely to curl up in the corner and bunch up when your dancing. I have another dance pad with foam padding inside that I prefer. I understand that there are quite fancy pads too made of different materials.
