This is a fast paced workout music, and the name is appropriate -- it is high energy! But is do-able; you can adjust your pace as needed, even at 140 bpm. The songs are probably more appealing to the younger people, but are ok for older ones too if you want something different.

Great fast pace workout!! But did not know that is was put into TWO seperate 30 minute workouts. I wanted a 60 minute workout. The bpm go up and then down; 2 different times. So it's hard to make an hour long workout the way that I want to. However, this is FAST PACE 30 MINUTER!!!!
