Imagine beautifully recorded, superbly engineered versions of the wonderful recordings of Moroccan sounds made by Paul Bowles years ago. This recording captures gorgeous, spontaneous performances of traditional music in natural settings that sweep you away into another world. Very intense, visceral music that seems to emerge from a trance state, as well as inducive to such a perspective.
You just might to check out the wonderful audio play "Moon Over Morocco" from ZBS after listening to this.
