Id give his 2009 cd 10 Stars its that awesome. He,s right up there with George Besnon, Marc Anntione, Peter White & Earl Klugh & many many more. Id buy this cd if I were you.

After listening to DF Michael on Jango, it was obvious that he has so much talent. The songs that I heard sounded like he should be out on tour. I would definitely listen to his music on a my local radio station. I enjoyed his music so much that I purchased his CD and listen to it every day while in my car. I feel, in the near future, he will be picked up by a reputable recording company. I recommend this CD to anyone. All of the songs are easy to listen to -- I've, thus far, enjoyed all of them. I will absolutely buy his next CD. GREAT!

"DANCES AND WALKS is one of the tastiest albums I've heard all year and honestly one of the most refreshing collections of new work I've heard in some time! Guitarist, composer and multi-instrumentalist DF Michael focuses heavily on the melody on all eleven original compositions, which is really the key ingredient to this project's success. Strong melody lines and robust musicianship surround each new song on DANCES AND WALKS. The musical style falls somewhere in between Lounge and Smooth Jazz with flavors of jazz and rock tossed in for rich texture. Michael plays all guitars, acoustic piano, keyboards and tenor sax and is accompanied by exceptional musicians Mimmo Antonini on drums, Claudio Zanghieri on bass, David Izard on piano and Richie Gajate on percussion.
