Dancin Grannies
Great for those over 40 who have not exercised in a long time. Not challenging for those that are fit. I find I look forward to doing this work out and make time for it. It does get my heart rate up without being too strenous.

Stinks
this was a waste of money. The excercises ( on the chairs), are not good for the back becasue they don't support the back. I won't be using this as the first time I tried it hurt my back. I'd like to return this if I could.

I found this VHS tape at my library! what a load of fun it was. The trainer adds just a little bit different spin on the exercises to work new muscles. My husband and I usually groan with any stomach exercises but she uses a soft ball between the lifted knees and keeping the ball there made us sort of forget about the abs until we had accomplished quite a few. GREAT FUN! too bad it isn't in DVD.
