I'm on my third read of Hansel's book - my edition was this 1985 print. Before finishing my second read I considered the time lapse of 1985 to 2014 and felt I needed to do a google search of Hansel. I wanted to know if he was for real. 40 years had past since his accident. Almost 30 years had past since he wrote YGKD. I discovered through testimony of family, friends and colleagues what Tim wrote on every page about joy in the midst of chronic pain WAS for real. I won't waste my time reading empty pages about "how to..." Tim earned the excruciating right to talk about a life of pain probably none of us would wish to experience. But he did tell of a man after hearing Tim speak saying "You almost make me want to fall into a crevasse so I can discover how special life really is." I look forward to dancing with Tim in our eternal home with our LORD.
