We got one of these window thermometers as a gift many years ago. It has worked well, and still works well except that it does not stick to the window very well any more. So we ordered a new one from Amazon last month. The new one is performing well. It reads 1.5 degrees lower than the old one does. I think that the new one is more nearly correct. Our only complaint is that the (LCD) temperature cannot be seen at night.
