What a refreshing book!,

I really enjoyed this story and the beautiful illustrations that accompany it. What a great way to teach children about a plant that is so often discarded by society. I especially like how it teaches us to see beauty in all the little things on this planet. The additional facts and recipe on dandelions were an added bonus. This is a great book for all ages!

Beautiful work,

This book is perfect for adults to read and show to young children. Good idea to put the recipe in the back -- we learn by experiencing; and, the assistance of an adult in the learning process of a child for this age group is all the more worthwhile. The watercolor illustrations are beautiful and colorful too.
