Horrible! It DIED!!! Now it's garbage :-(,
This review is from: Dane Elec 256 MB Compact Flash Card (Personal Computers)
I had a 256mb card used in a Linux firewall, and it failed recently. At least half the card is unreadable all the sudden. I do have backups though! :)Since the write performance was lousy, I setup ram disks to take over the busy areas that see the most activity. Essentially, only /etc /bin /sbin /usr/sbin and /usr/bin were read/write on this card (nearly no write activity). Changes were only committed on an as needed basis (ever week or so). Oh well...

the chord was just like brand new... actually i think it was brand spanking new! i just ordered the wrong one cuz it was for a scanner rather than for transferring pics from a camera to a computer.
