Deceptive Book and Website,

The authors of this book have their own website stating they give recent up to date reports on nursing home facilities, however the recent reports are not on there. Facilities that are rated as four stars are being seen as giving bad care. Clearly, the authors do not want to update their own information as it is presented with as up to date reports as they use the term " recent reports". If you cannot trust the authors to do that then how can you trust their insight to how nursing homes are actually surveyed?
