We bought this and have so much fun with it. But it doesn't tell you that you need to read the book before playing (common sense I guess). But so much fun. My son and I actually play against a friend and his mom all the time. Great fun and I recommend it to anyone.

I can't believe how much fun we've had with this game. It's not your typical board game, it gets you up and moving, tieing knots, making paperairplanes, performing feats, and brain challenges. I bought this game as a gift filler and am so happy I did. The boys love that the girls have to say "Boys are Fantastic, Girls are elastic" in order to play.

Just when I thought games were getting old and replaced with video games... This one has me and my whole family riveted! What a great, innovative concept that keeps us entertained AND LEARNING for hours on end. Highly recommended!

This game is kinda neat. It has group challenges where you compete to finish a task before the other players do. There are individual challenges as well. Some of the group things you do in this game: build a paper airplane and whom ever has the farthest flying airplane wins, make as many words asd possible from a given word, and tic tac toe. Other challenges: unscramblers, star contellations, swim challenges, flag symbols representing words, and more. Boys get to "do" some of the things you find in the D.B.F.B. book. Every challenge that is done correctly earns the person a raft piece (like a puzzle piece). Once you get all your puzzle pieces you can build your raft. Then, the race is on to the finish line (or the end of the path). Nice variety! After a few airplane races you kind of tire of it.. but, if you do not play the game day after day... nothing is too tiresome.

I bought this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He's played this game over video games! Loads of fun!

I purchased this game for my 7 year old son and he loves it. It is a very active game, which is great for a boy with a lot of energy. For instance, the game involves quickly making a paper airplane and then seeing who's will fly the furthest. It has variety of activities involved, and is truly a game that a family can enjoy.

My son is just getting into reading, but he loved the book that goes along with the game and we love playing the game as a family--even without having read the book. Although he's on the young age for the book, he was still able to read it and we are able to play the game without any problems.

I bought this for my 8 year old nephew and he loves it! It is hours of fun for the whole family! Next I'm getting him the book!!

This game is easy and fun to play. Every turn is a little game in a big game. Fun not only for boys but also for girls and moms.

Need more games like this one, great game to get them away from ps2 & ps3.
