Melissa's slim, delicate beauty belies her strength and determination to succeed in her job as assistant manager at a premier Connecticut equestrian facility. Professional proofreaders are your friend,

...and I wish the author had used a better proofreader. Oh my.
I wonder just how many elite H/J barns would hire someone to be an assistant manager, and then have to teach them how to count strides? Totally unrealistic.
