About the Author

JERRY WHITE international president emeritus of The Navigators is a popular speaker at conferences and churches. Dr. White served as a mission controller at Cape Canaveral taught at the United States Air Force Academy and retired from the Air Force in 1997 as a major general.

This book has been a great source in our group discussion for a Substance Abuse Vocational Employment Program that we work with here at the VA Medical Center. Some of the topics are the main issues that addicts have problems with. I have also shared the information from this book with individuals at my local church. I plan to order at least five copies of the book.
