Sometimes life throws us challenges and we, somehow over come these opsiksuls. This movie Tells a story of the hardships of deciding to have children. And sometime what couples have to do just to have a child of there own. Its a great move

5.0 out of 5 stars dramatic and touching, February 8, 2011

This has been one of my favorite movies for years and I am happy to finally own it. Dramatic and touching, MUCH better than the book version. Excellent acting, I just love Bruce Greenwood and Gabrielle Carteris! Also Bess Armstrong does an excellent job of portraying a grieving Mother.
