I've never purchased a toning ball before and was completly surprised. Before I bought it, I had wondered what was the difference between a toning ball and handweights (except the obvious). I would have to say that a toning ball is so much more easier to work with than weights.

This toning ball has a smooth outside and it's sorta squishy. It's easy to hold on to and it really improves my workout. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to increase their body strength.

Just as a side note, it's really a beautiful color. Most people don't care about that sort of thing, but it's nice to have a piece of exericse equipment that looks good.
