For the price it's a good stap. I got the 6 foot cuz I was on a budget, but the 8 foot straps are more versitile. I'd prefer a tighter weave on the strap itself. The buckle is easy to use.

I use this for my workout and it helps me in doing the excercises, where i have to hold my knee and legs, sometimes.
