Already owning a bodyball and wanting another one for a second home, I thought this would be a great setup. A ball plus resistance bands, and an exercise "poster". There's also an included balance ring, but unless you're extremely new to exercise, it's not really needed. The ball itself is fine. I like to use it for ab work, balance work (on top of the ball on hands and knees), triceps, push-ups, etc. The included 1 pound balls that attach with resistance bands to the ball are completely lame though. It's difficult to get a good grip without being somewhat uncomfortable when using these. One has to have the tubing between the 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th fingers to do any exercises. It would have made much more sense to use a short bar that one can grip with the hand, such as those used by Bowflex. The "poster" is a small piece of paper with about 8 exercises on it. Fortunately, I have 2 books filled with various exercises that can be done on the ball. This poster was a waste of printing ink. I'll still use the ball, but I plan on getting a set of resistance bands with hand attachments and different strength tubing for a more complete workout. I've been a big fan of Danskin over the years, so this was a big disappointment.

the straps, mini-balls , and ring are useless.
Overpriced item... Search for something else... Work out Hard and Live Happy!!
