I bought two of these to add weight during kickboxing classes--the usual ones, made for bigger people, fall off my hips. I layer one over the other, since these Danskin belts are only five pounds. They are just what I wanted.

I wear this waist slimmer for purpose of sweating and difficult to tell yet if it work but my tummy seems firmer,
it also help hold in your jiggling abd fat. |
