I saw this at the store and it was a decent price, I have problems doing crunches/situps so I thought this would be something to at least try.

It's great! The dvd is also very good. I like the trainer, she's nice and the peanut is used for for several things like a stability ball. Not only that but laying over it and rolling stretches the back, it can feel really good.

Also, the peanut material doesn't seem flimsy or thin. I'm trying to recall if it's referred to as "burst resistant" I'm not sure but I am a big girl and being on it doesn't worry me a bit.

Totally recommend this.

Its a pretty decent product to target abs.. and for someone who usually avoids floor exercises. Also, for someone who could imagine themselves rolling right off the typical round abs balls.. I feel very secure working out on this Danskin peanut shaped abs ball. The DVD with Gin Miller, is quite good.. She gives clear & concise instructions, and the workout is not too long. I felt some results right away, soreness in the less used waist muscles, mostly. I plan to use it more often when not so busy. There are other products, but I am glad I purchased this exercise ball, which really targets those core muscles. The Amazon price was great, and the ball seems very sturdy too.

I purchased this for my wife after she had physical therapy and it has made a huge difference in helping her continue the sessions at home.

Wasn't sure how I would like the peanut ball, but I actually love it. You can use it so many different ways, and you don't feel like you are going to fall off. I am a big girl, and I'm not worried that it won't 'support' me. The DVD is a little disappointing because me being out of shape I didn't really break a sweat, so I think the DVD is just to show you how to properly use it, and then go on yourself. Or do the DVD twice might help. The DVD isn't too long either. Its awesome I get it out once i put my daughter to bed.
I suggest you try it. I love it!!!

We bought this for our 18 month old twins who receive OT services through Early Intervention. It is great exercise for them and they need a lot of vestibular input! Don't know about the DVD but for our purposes it is great. Even our older children love playing with it (5 and 3 years old).

The pump it came with is absolutely awesome!!! Blew it up in a minute and the plug is easily removed by adult and large enough to not be a choking hazard if the kids somehow get it out.

I purchased this ball because I liked the shape. I used it only a couple of times before it busted. Very poor quality!

I thought this would be good for doing crunches since I have a broken tailbone but found I could not stay on it. It is like a hotdog with too much mustard when you lay on it, I found it just rolled out from under me no matter how I positioned it. The round ball is by far better and more stable because it stays under you rather then rolling out from under you. I didn't like this product at all and returned it.

I got it in the mail pretty fast. Package was well packed. The material was very well maid, money well spent.

I love the Ab Ball, but the workout DVD came damaged (scratches all over it) so it wont play any more than about 2 minutes. The first two minutes were great though, so I'm pretty disappointed that I can't see any more than that!

It's easy to inflate. The two bumps of the peanut keeps you balanced and stay at the center. It doesn't roll in every direction (obviously) so I can rest my back on it while sitting on the floor or while watching something.
