We purchased this faucet for our kitchen remodel. We love the modern look and solid feel. We have had no problems with the faucet but beware of over splash factor. Because the faucet has a good flow rate, the height (over 12" drop to start of sink) we always have lots of splashing outside the sink...not the faucets fault but still a little annoying.

We LOVE this faucet. No problems with the sprayer coming out or not going back into place. Solid structure and beautiful stainless finish. Goes great with our modern euro kitchen. Much better choice than the giant commercial sprayer faucets we were considering.

I bought one of these and installed it in my new kitchen over a black undercounter country sink with a black granite countertop. The look is fantastic. This Danze device is very sharp looking and the mechanism works very well. When using, the product has a very expensive feel to it with no plastic or fake parts. Ihave experienced no leaks or had any problems with installation. A wonderful cernterpiece for a sink.

For a supposedly "premium" brand, the workmanship is substandard. The item arrived with the "factory seal" broken. Very strange as that's the first time I received an item from Amazon that's not brand new on arrival.

I was undecided if I should return it or not. Since I don't like to return anything, I installed the faucet anyway against by better judgment. Once installed, I found out that the faucet "neck" is loose and you can shake it around like there's a screw loose (except there's no screw connecting the neck to the base). The item is not firm at all. The spray head feels like a cheap piece of plastic. The kicker is that the pull out hose is plastic/vinyl instead of metal like high-end faucets! This means that after a few years, the hose will become frayed and I'd have to replace it.

Anyway, I've bought a Moen to replace this. Once that arrives, this thing is going back to Amazon. Beware of Danze! Premium price for substandard quality.

I wanted to wait on this review so we could give this faucet a proper review. It's been just over a year at this point (about 14 months, I think) and we are still very happy with it. Installation was a little tough as we had to ensure it was tightened to the counter top properly. It took two people to tighten it, but once tightened, the base of the faucet does not move, only the skinnier top half. The spray function works great and we still have no problem with the hose going back into the faucet.

I will say, the water pressure is pretty amazing. If you have a shallow sink, I can see there could be some splashback. We installed a 8" deep sink under our granite and we don't have any splashing issues.

A superb, modern looking faucet at a great price. Very happy.

Have not installed it yet, but quality of build looks FANTASTIC, very solid and well-built.

Expensive, but in my opinion a better choice than the overused (at least for my remodels) Grohe Ladylux. Got via Warehouse Deals at a great discount, couldn't be happier with the purchase. Will update after installing, but I don't expect there to be any issues. A very, very beautiful faucet if you are into ultra-contemporary, as I am.

UPDATE - INSTALLED. Very strange design - the handle and faucet top rotate TOGETHER, not with the handle stationary and faucet rotating freely like in every other faucet I have owned. It is not natural feeling, and a little disconcerting, to have to move the handle left or right along with the faucet every time you want to move the spout to one side or the other. Had I known this before I probably would not have purchased it. Looks great, and yes fantastic build quality, but I greatly dislike the design of the handle moving together with the spout. Yes you can HOLD the handle in place and then with some effort move the spout separately, but it feels unnatural and in my opinion the handle should be fixed in place and not roatate, only the spout. Changing rating from 5 to 3 stars.

PS bought it as a cust. return via Amazon Marketplace for about half the regular price. At this price it is OK. However I see now they are going at the full retail price, a sum very near to what you can purchase a Grohe or Hansgrohe very nice fixture for. At that price I wouldn't even consider this unit and just get the Grohe. Got this one to save money, great looking but don't like the design of the rotating handle. Had a Grohe Ladylux in previous home and liked it more.

Absolutely great contemporary look for my new granite kitchen. Only problem, sometimes the base can swivel on the smooth granite surface. My plumber was hesitant to tighten the base any tighter to avoid putting the stone under anymore pressure. The plumber had it tight upon installation, but I noticed after 6 months it has loosed a bit, but hasn't leaked.

The stainless stays very clean, I hardly ever have to clean, and when I do I just wipe it down with a wet sponge.

To start, I love this faucet! It's sleek, performs well, and is just great to look at. I would have easily given this a 5-star rating...But...

There is a black plastic ring where the pull-out connects to the body of the faucet. Mine was broken. When I called the number on the receipt, they said I would have to send it back to Amazon and that the part couldn't be replaced. Well...Instead of doing that, I used some waterproof epoxy and mended the plastic part myself. You can tell it was glued together, which annoys me at times, but mostly I don't even notice.

My main issue/concern is that whoever is supplying these to Amazon might be sending faucets that are already damaged. I think others have mentioned similar situations. While my faucet wasn't used, I expect that someone knew it was broken already.

All in all...I still would buy this from Amazon if I needed another one or moved to a new house or something. I like it that much.

This is a perfect addition to my amazing kitchen. Its a bit delicate for heavy dish washers but it can certainly make any kitchen look amazing.
